How to Implement GIFs in the Classroom

Animated GIFs produced by GIXP may be used as learning activities in the classroom. A suggestion for implementation is as follows.

After watching GIF for a while, teacher may ask;
1. names and functions of equipment in the setup
2. observable changes in the setup
3. variable manipulated in the setup (independent variable)
4. variable affected by independent variable (dependent variable)
5. variables controlled in the setup
6. hypothesis of the experiment
7. decision about the hypothesis based on observation (reject or fail to reject)
8. explanation how and why independent variable affect dependent variable.
